Verizon is doing a terrible job protecting customers from scam calls

A A report from last year claims that about 92 percent of Americans say they have received unwanted calls and 86 percent have received random mail texts. Unfortunately, at least 56 million of those who said they have also received random post calls.

Although there is already legislation aimed at preventing unwanted fraud and calls, many transport companies do not do enough to protect their customers from unwanted Robocalls.

For example, Verizon ranks 11th in a scheme of 14 American phone companies when it comes to the protection of Robocall. Worse is that half of these companies earn D or F with these protection services.

Verizon F T-Mobile works slightly better (C in Services and B in general), it is incredible that some of the largest transport companies in the United States are not concerned about the safety of its customers.

Comcast Xfinity 2 was classified in the report of the Public Authority Research Group, with a degree of services and practical. The highest American transport companies when it comes to the protection of Robocalls is Special, the fastest mobile phone provider in the country, which now serves more than 10 million customers.

Among the companies included in the General Interest Research Group:

  • Five companies were registered on the provided, and three companies were generally registered.
  • Two companies B recorded the services provided, and five B recorded in general.
  • 12 got D or F on services, and 13 received D or F in general.

Below are the total grades of the four major carrier companies: AT & T and T-Mobile Register B, and the United States Cell Cell A, C and Verizon Register d.
