Have you ever felt like you have... road There are too many applications installed on your mobile device that you don't really need but are too lazy to open them one by one, remember how they "got" you in the first place, check their functionality, and get rid of what you will never be able to use again. ? Sure you do.
This is the place T-Mobile comes with its own “super app” (John Fryer's words, not mine), purging your phone of unnecessary bloat and helping you live your best, most hassle-free "T-life," with everything from your monthly payments to home internet management, kids' viewing settings, and Tuesday perks redeemed on Just a few clicks away at any time.

Great idea, right? Well, not exactly, and if the Un-carrier had paid as little attention as possible to what customers thought about the T-Life app in the last year or so, we wouldn't be at the point of no return right now.

Hey T-Mobile, your "super app" isn't very great

I'm not the one saying that. I couldn't say that even if I wanted to, because I'm not like that T-Mobile subscriber. But you don't have to be a wireless industry expert, head of T-Mo's US Consumer Group (that's John Freer's official role, if you were wondering), or even a particularly skilled journalist or blogger to do it. Do a quick search on Reddit for “t life” and understand the general opinion on this topic… A few months ago.

After a wave of almost surprisingly consistent and systematic takedowns of the T-Life app on social media, you might have expected the “Un-carrier” to live up to its maverick reputation from the past and either stop or slow down its retirement of previous separate apps.

This is because T-Life is 'absolutely terrible' "A huge disappointment", "such a discount", "bloated", "buggy", "ad-packed" (not a good thing), "big" (ridiculous), "giant dumpster fire", and "trash "Pure" in its current implementation. As you may have guessed, all of these descriptions are direct quotes from Reddit As recently as today and as recently as six months ago, it points to a worrying trend that doesn't seem to be going away. Oh, and to be clear, I left out a lot of categories and adjectives from that list which was a bit obnoxious for a family-friendly article.

Why has T-Mobile become so complacent?

Unfortunately, that's the ugly truth of the mobile network landscape in the US today, and if you're looking to point fingers, it's pretty clear that T-Mo has lost its way in terms of customer support and caring about what its subscribers think soon after it let it . Absorbing Sprint again in 2020.

Obviously there are worse repercussions of a mega-merger than an incomplete implementation (e.g Post layoffs layoffs), but that does not mean that this is a trivial issue that we should ignore or treat too lightly. No wonder everyone is calling T-Mobile “Al-Naqel” is now on social networking sites..
