Finally, Sony removed all the programs that support the study and the interferences of everything under one simple camera application.

This, in turn, turned into Xperia from a specialized, costly and costly smartphone that no one was buying in an expensive boring version that was not purchased (according to IDC analysts, Sony smart business sales decreased by 40 % last year).

Unfortunately, according to the latest leaks, Xperia 1 VII looks like another blind shot. First, the price of the common device for the device is $ 1,399, and this may be again a difficult sale. Second, the camera system looks as it is, except for the continuous Telephoto Zoom, which is expected to have a focal length of 70-200 mm (this 3.5x-8.3x for the main camera).

This looks good on paper, but during years of test, I found this Zoom Telephoto continuously lacking a fixed one. I really hope that Sony has made improvements on that front.

Finally, it seems that Sony has surrendered to pressure and react to the reverse reaction to remove the 4K screen on the previous generation, and the company returns all these pixels to the Xperia 1 VII screen.

This may be an exaggeration. Why switch between 4K and 1080p screen? Why not offer QHD, something about 1440 x 3120 pixels?

There is no mention of software support yet, but I doubt that Sony will miraculously turn from two to seven years. We will have to wait for this, but the question remains.

I have always been a defender of technical diversity, and strange balls like Xperia smart, LGS and HTCS are always in my heart. However, the harsh reality is that LG and HTC have disappeared from the world of smartphones, and Sony is on his way out.

I think the time may have come to Sony to hang smart phone gloves and focus on what benefits the company. Sony makes first -class cameras, some of the best in this industry, and great OLED TVs. PlayStation is the best -selling control unit (with the sale of PlayStation 2 160 million units).

It is better to remember Xperia as a brand for cold and original smartphones from seeing it to reduce and melt in the saturated market. It is too late for the party. It is an old feeling, and I do not think it can be caused.
