Each phone factory gets its fair share of criticism of its phones, but Apple is likely to be at the top of that list, especially with regard to features. The company is well famous for keeping the features that were long ago on the Android side of the market, and many, including me, were not happy with that. In light of the recent announcement of the new Apple option and the budget, the IPhone 16e, I was quickly reminded of how it could be annoying iPhone devices.

It is not a difficult task to reach a list of the features that Apple sleeps for for years, but I wanted to put that I think is higher in that list in one place. This will not be in any specific order, and I will miss each other (remember me in the comments!). However, the lack of every feature I will include below made me pull my hair more than once while using the iPhone.

1. It’s crazy … but the “back” button

If you have used the iPhone, you know what I am talking about. I really like to hear from Apple a clear explanation about the reason why there is no consistent way to return from any screen you are the far right – work often enough to get used to it and BAM! Suddenly, it encounters an application that does not work the same way, leaving you bamboozled.sometimes, the only option to return is an arrow or “X” button in the upper left corner delivery or use the other just to get out of that screen. This feature gives me a feeling of ease every time I return to Android, which is the one that I am very missing when using iPhone.

Not to mention that Apple already provides a similar feature on the iPados, and I especially love the way it has not been pressed for a long time, but it falls on the message instead. Why is this still not something on iOS?

Of course, you have the option to download the third -party keyboards like Gboard, but it seems that all of them only have half of the functions of their counterparts in Android.

Speaking of writing on iPhone, while enjoying smooth control of the index when you press a long “space”, I prefer the accuracy of clicking between two letters when I want to make a correction. It sometimes causes me to highlight the entire word instead of just placing the indicator where I want it.

3. Quick charging

Some phones are quickly charged to add even an enjoyable visible, the process appears in actual time.

This is something that Samsung and Google should blame them as well, but Apple is the worst of the charging speeds. I am talking specifically about wired charging here, which exceeds 25 watts even iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max. What makes it worse is that we know that these professional devices are capable of more than these speeds, as they reached the maximum of about 39 watts during our shipping tests. The thing is that Apple only allows these speeds when phones make an intensive task, and this is done to avoid slowing the charging process.

With these speeds, we took about one hour and 30 minutes to charge iPhone 16 Pro. On the other hand, the edge of Motorola (2024) took us only 39 minutes to charge it, although it has a much larger battery and thus stored more energy.

4. The highest screen update rate

Apple is very afraid that 120 Hz on regular iPhone will be the destruction of their professional models.

Yes, everyone saw that this comes from one mile, but it is so essential that it should be here. Let him know that in 2025, we still have an iPhone other than Pro with a screen update rate above 60 Hz …

The fans of the phone are well aware of this fact and do not waste any time they mock iPhone devices, but remember that many non -technical services users may still not know what the screen update is, not to mention the desire. 5. The fingerprint scanner

6. Give my 3D touch!

3D Touch was one of the best features of iPhone. Change my opinion.

It can be said that 3D Touch was my Apple’s favorite feature on the iPhone. Perhaps because he came out with IPhone 6s, my favorite of those I have, but she felt an axiom, and I used it a lot. Yes, now you can only long press, but it is somewhat less responsive, but you forgot to use it when moving in the applications or user interface of the phone, which was not the case with 3D Touch.

This was a single feature that made iPhone devices stand out, at least for me, which is why it is sad that it may never return.

Smart but annoying Apple strategy

Apple loves to take things slow, and the interpretation provided to us over the years is that the company wants to provide something better than competition before providing a new feature. Of course, this is just a marketing talk. The truth is that by delaying the issuance of features such as those in this list, Apple is confirmed that it has something new to show it in the coming years.

But the most intelligent thing about this approach is that Apple does not have to conduct the research required for new innovative features. All to do is to improve companies that are created by other companies, and perhaps saving time and precious money for research and development. Meanwhile, you have companies that come with wild things like a phone that can be revealed in a tablet, very fast charging speeds and batteries made of new materials and more.
