Bone headphones by sending vibrations across the bone in your skull, usually across the cheekbones, to your inner ear instead of using the eardrum.

This design allows you to hear the sound while you still realize your surroundings, which makes it ideal for activities such as running, cycling or working in environments where staying is alert.

In addition, these headphones can also help reduce discomfort of long -term use of buds inside the ear. Personally, I do not mind my AirPods and hardly go for a day without it, but I know that the ear buds can bother some people.

Of course, bone headphones also have flaws. Although it is improving, it may not offer the same rich brightness or the deep sound provided by the advanced traditional headphones. However, we will have to wait and see how Samsung deals with these problems, assuming that the leakage is accurate.

Samsung is said to have been named after the upcoming “capable” bone headphones, but then, there is not much concrete information yet. We are still in dark about things like features, prices and availability.

There is already a lot of bone headphones from brands like Shokz, for example, so it will be interesting to see how Samsung planns to stand out in this crowded space. If design and quality calls, though, Samsung can make this type of headphone more modern and accessible worldwide.
