Samsung Care+ now offers free unlimited same-day repairs

[ad_1]

Samsung It just made a big change to Samsung Care+ with Theft and Loss. Starting now, they are offering unlimited same-day cracked screen repairs for free! This is a significant reduction from the previous fee of $29 and applies to new and existing customers.

So, if you have A Galaxy phone, tablet or watch covered by Samsung Care+ with theft and loss, you can head to one of more than 700 authorized repair locations across the US and get your screen fixed the same day, without having to shell out any extra money. This is a pretty big problem considering how often we hear about cracked screens.

Now, you may be wondering why Samsung decided to make this change. Well, providing more value to their customers is likely part of their strategy. Let's face it, accidents happen, and a cracked screen can be a major inconvenience. By offering free repairs, Samsung gives its customers peace of mind and builds loyalty.

Of course, Samsung is not the only company offering device protection. You also have options like carrier protection plans from companies like verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. These plans typically cover a range of issues, from cracked screens to water damage, to theft or loss. They usually come with a monthly fee and a deductible that you pay when you file a claim.

Another option is third-party insurance providers like SquareTrade or Asurion. These companies offer coverage similar to carrier plans, but may have different pricing and coverage options. It's helpful to compare different plans to see which one best suits your needs and budget.

Some people choose not to have any protection plan at all. They may be willing to take risks, especially if they are careful about their devices. Or maybe they have an old device that they're not worried about.

Personally, I always choose some sort of protection plan. I'm a bit clumsy, so I know it's only a matter of time before I drop my phone. Knowing that I can fix it without breaking the bank gives me peace of mind.

This move by Samsung certainly makes the Care+ program more attractive. We hope to see other companies follow suit and offer more competitive protection plans in the future.
