We've already told you that The OnePlus Open 2, a sequel to the first OpenPlus book-style foldable phone, is based on the Find N5. This isn't too surprising considering that OnePlus is a subsidiary of Oppo. We also reported that insiders say the Oppo Find N5 and The OnePlus Open 2 will be the world's thinnest book-style foldable phone, coming in thinner than the current title holder, the Honor Magic V3. The thickness of the latter is 9.2 mm when folded and 4.35 mm when unfolded.

The Oppo Find N5 was on topic Three photos posted on "X". The first image shows the Find N5 folded and it looks thinner than its predecessor, the Find N3. The second image shows the Find N5's back panel in a protective case designed to hide the phone's design from prying eyes. Since the Find N5 is rumored to have a triple camera setup starring Hasselblad-branded cameras (there will be a periscope lens), you can expect the same for the OnePlus Unlocked 2. The rear camera array could consist of a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP periscope with 3x optical zoom.

The third photo shows the Find N5 unfolded next to a pile of two coins and you can see how thin the phone is when unfolded. It is also worth noting that Oppo will continue to use a flat bezel. The phone will be unveiled next month according to the OnePlus CEO Pete Lau who mentioned this On posts left on Chinese Weibo and international social media platforms. This indicates that the Find N5 will be headed to both China and global markets.

We believe that the OPPO Find N5, therefore OnePlus Unlocked 2It will likely be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite application processor. According to one source, a leaker named Smart Pikachu, we can see the Find N5 powered by a 5,700 mAh battery. This would be a good increase over the 4,805 mAh battery used in the Find N3 and OnePlus unlocked.
