To date, the potential colors of the device have not yet been leaked. Last time, in 2022, Apple updated the IPAD appearance (finally) and introduced new colored options to choose from. We hope the colorful touch will remain this year.

iPad 11th Gen In Silver/White

It is possible and realistic that IPAD will appear for beginners in a white or silver color. The silver color is found in the iPad 10 color palette and it is neutral and almost white. It is logical that this color is a somewhat neutral and "budget friend" type.

For a few years so far, Apple includes a blue version in its iPhone panels, and the same applies to iPad. Therefore, it is normal for us to expect its blue color to appear in the iPad 11 color palette as well.
