This configuration means you may get a 3.3GHz Cortex-X925, and seven Cortex cores -A725 (2x 2.75GHz & 5x 2.36GHz), 2 mini cores Cortex-A520 with a frequency of 1.8 GHz. Apparently, the configuration is supplemented by a 16MB L3 cache.
But in reality, what do all these numbers mean? The first curious thing about the design is that it still retains the small CPU cores.

Samsung's decision to include smaller cores is unique, with competitors like Qualcomm and MediaTek opting for a different approach. Basically, the solution offered by competitors is to get medium and large cores, some of which are less efficient, and get rid of the small cores. Skipping smaller cores simplifies the architecture and can be beneficial for sustained performance.

Small cores are usually customized for efficiency and handle light tasks like checking notifications or background syncing in order to save battery life and prevent overheating. They are also supposed to remain responsible for the Flip's cover screen and the few tasks it allows users to do.

The rest of the configuration is quite straightforward: we have a large, powerful Cortex-X925 ready to take on the most demanding tasks like AI, gaming or photo editing, while the average cores will cover multitasking and app switching, among other things. Less demanding things.

As for the GPU, the tipster suggests that the Exynos 2500 will come with a 1.3GHz Xclipse 950 GPU and with eight workgroup processors. The GPU in the device is said to use a newer, improved version of AMD's RDNA architecture - specifically RDNA 3.5 - instead of the older RDNA 3 version.
