People have repeatedly said they want their phones to have larger batteries and charge faster. The downside to a larger battery is that it requires a larger and usually thicker phone. Most people online say they’d prefer a thicker phone if it would make it last longer than a day without a charge.

Samsung’s upcoming addition to The Galaxy S25 series is the exact opposite. Instead of a thicker device with a larger battery, the company is planning to release a slimmed-down version of its flagship phone, which will have a smaller battery than the rest of the lineup.

It seems that many people also want phones with smaller screens. However, The Galaxy S25 Slim won’t be able to achieve that either. Instead of a small and thin smartphone that can fit in a pocket, Samsung is rumored to be betting on a 6.7-inch screen, which puts it in the competition field. Galaxy S24+ and all other flagship devices.
